If happy while you’re cooking
They’ll feel the happy as they eat
The mood in which you prepare
Gives the eater extra treats
For while you prepare
Your spirit does too
So don’t cook when you’re angry
Or the meal prove
That your heart wasn’t willing
You had ill intent
The food will taste bland
And not how it’s meant
To be eaten
With full flavor and lovin’
No, don’t bring heat to the kitchen
There’s enough from the oven

Very true message! “Cooked with love” Not only does our mouth speak from the abundance of our heart, a great meal also comes forth from its depths! Love this!
