Heavenly homes

Being in transition can be challenging. You’re not all the way out of the old and you’re not quite into the new. Especially when it comes to housing and house hunting.

My idea of large, is small and quaint. But, I do like to see what He thinks. I mean if He were looking for a house.

Hmm, what would God like to live in? I mean if he were here. Where he lives now is pretty opulent..
with pearly gates
and streets of gold
Angels at each entrance
Or so I’ve been told

Wow! God is living large
he doesn’t do small
Either he’s doing it big
Or he ain’t doing it at all

When it comes to houses
Maybe quaint ain’t for me
I should live like my Daddy
It’s in my pedigree

I guess I should go big or go home huh? Or, is “big” home? We’ll see.

See you in the morning.

Each morning everyone gathered as much as they needed, and when the sun grew hot, it melted away. (Exodus 16:21 NIV)

      1. No doubt!! “And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and JOINT-HEIRS with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together…Romans 8:17

  1. “Big” is all a matter of perspective. If you are homeless, the security of a tent can seem “big” in contrast. If you live in a cardboard lean-to, a 900 sq. ft. home would be luxurious. If you have security, comfort, warmth, love, and a quaint structure that contains a few treasures from your ancestry or some beautiful items carefully chosen or given to you as gifts from loved ones, your dwelling is “big” indeed – – – Wherever I am, God is, and He brings His “bigness” with Him. Amen? ❤
