Periodically, things, people and places have to be redefined in our lives. When the season for that particular thing, person or place has served its purpose in our lives, we may not need to shed them necessarily, just redefine them.
For all things come to refine us, to make us better/richer as it were. Once you’ve been enriched, step back and take another look.
Gain perspective.

I like that, “…we may not need to shed them necessarily, just redefine them.” Many things in our lives need redefining as seasons change and years pass. But some also need to be shed. People AND things! I think I will go back into my “Heritage Room” that I am redefining as a bedroom for my 23 yr. old grandson who is coming to live with us for awhile, and do some serious shedding!! Thanks for the inspiration. ❤

Very true. Save some, shed some. Knowing which to do when is key. All the best on redefining the room. 😊
