Ode to A Sub

As I glance across the glass
Leering with lust
Your luscious aroma
Makes you a must

Have for my appetite
To appease the longing inside
I need you to satisfy
My hunger and hide

The noise of grumblings
My tummy seems to make
Cease now my embarrassment
To my home will I take

You all wrapped Snug
and taut in a bag
You meatball marinara
Will be the best I’ve ever had
