I ain’t crazy. Although sometimes I think I am. Something’s wrong with that statement.
How can the same mind that says, “I ain’t crazy” turn around with the same mind, and in the same breath question said sanity?
What if you question your sanity
Does that make you sane
Cause how can you question
If you have not a brain
That’s functioning properly
Making assessments and such
Or could it be I’m half crazy
Or have I had 1 drink too much
So, I’m sane if I question
Insane if I don’t
Better if I do it for myself
Than a physician who won’t
Be as lenient
With my diagnosis
I’d hate to be committed
With a negative prognosis
Nah, I ain’t crazy. I got my wits about me. Just wanted to hear it said out loud. Just to set myself free. There’s a little bit of madness in both you and me.
On a serious note: If you or someone you know are experiencing mental health issues. Please call someone. Talk to someone you trust. You don’t have to suffer alone.

I can definitely relate to that. But no, despite those thoughts, I’m NOT crazy!
